Scouted by his spouse Ms. Grace Hazuka Joseph and a friend Dr. Paul Gwaro, IMC was established in February 2015 by Mr. Katumwa Ali.

Drinking unsafe water can lead to water-borne diseases such as cholera, diarrhoea, hepatitis A, typhoid and polio.
